Printing & Customization Terms
Print Process: We utilize high-quality heat-sublimation technology. This process infuses the ink directly into the ceramic surface, ensuring a vibrant, permanent, and photo-realistic finish that will not peel, crack, or wash away.
Color Accuracy: Please note that while we strive for the highest color accuracy, the final printed colors on ceramic may vary slightly from how they appear on your digital screen (phone or computer monitor) due to varying screen brightness and resolution settings.
Artwork Quality: For the best results, please provide high-resolution images or vector files for your custom designs. We are not responsible for pixelation or blurriness resulting from low-quality image uploads.
Design Proofs: For complex or full-wrap custom requests, a digital mockup can be provided upon request before printing begins. Once the design is approved by you, the order moves to production and cannot be altered.

Delivery Charges: Standard delivery charges apply to all orders containing one (1) or two (2) mugs. The exact delivery fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
Free Delivery Offer: Enjoy complimentary free delivery on all orders of three (3) or more mugs!
Dispatch Time: All custom mug orders are made-to-order. Please allow a standard processing time of 2 to 4 business days for your mug to be printed, quality-checked, and packed before it is handed over to our courier partners.
Shipping Duration: Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes between 2 to 5 business days, depending on your city and local courier routes.
Packaging: Every mug is secured in specialized, smash-proof packaging designed to absorb impact during transit.
Damaged Items: If your mug arrives damaged or broken during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damaged item and the packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement.

Microwave Safe: You can safely reheat your beverages without warping the design or damaging the ceramic.
Dishwasher Safe: The sublimation print is highly durable and designed to withstand standard dishwashing cycles. For maximum longevity of the glossy finish, top-rack washing is recommended.
Hand-Washing: Standard dish soap and a soft sponge work perfectly. Simply avoid using steel wool or highly abrasive scrubbers.
